Phoenix House - Ladies Washrooms

The continued expansion at the ever popular office block in Basildon needed additional toilet facilities to meet demand. Talis Projects were asked to remodel an existing archive storage area to become a new modern toilet facility. The project was again delivered, on time and to budget.

Basildon based Residual Product management specialists , Rowan International have awarded us a number of varied contracts to undertake the refurbishment of their offices.

These works include:-

Complete refurbishment of their Staff Break Out area,  Reception Area and adjacent toilets , as well as installing a new Shower Room.

In addition we have also upgraded the staircase balustrades , replaced all floor-coverings and decoration of the entire building , including aluminium window frames and the lift cart.

Talis Projects were delighted to secure the works to carry out an extensive Refurbishment Programme for The Bromfords School.

• Refurbishment of the School Library, incorporating the design and installation of a new fully Retractable Seating System.
• Updating the School Dining Area, including installation of new modular dining tables, full decoration and new floor coverings.
• Overhall and refurbishment of a number of the school’s Science Rooms including the supply and fitting of new laboratory furniture.
• New Main School Reception area, together with refurbishment and installation of a new Pupil Reception area.
